Hardeep Parmar
Vice President, M&A, Corporate Development
Ms. Parmar is based in Kline’s London office with leadership of Kline’s M&A practice and client development across the European chemicals and food and nutrition industries. Since joining Kline in 2015, Hardeep has supported specialty chemical producers with developing successful M&A pipelines. Her experiences include delivering buy and sell side due diligence support, project finance support services through to strategic growth assignments.
Prior to joining Kline, Hardeep worked as a Process Engineer in the energy industry before moving into management consulting and then specialized chemicals consulting. Her 15 years’ service to the chemicals and bio-based chemicals industry has awarded her a Fellowship at the Royal Society of Chemistry. Hardeep holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College London and an honors degree in Chemical Engineering.
A green fingered DIY and renovation enthusiast Hardeep now lives with her husband an aficionado of South Asian art in a 200-year-old coach house by the Thames, in a Viking village voted by the Sunday Times (2022) as one of the best places to live in England.
