Kline Puts Client Satisfaction First With Creation of Client Liaison Position
LITTLE FALLS, NJ, March 15, 2007 – In a move underscoring the firm’s commitment to client satisfaction, Kline & Company, a leading management consulting and market research firm, today announced the promotion of Ian Butcher to senior vice president, global client liaison. This newly created position provides clients worldwide with a senior-level advocate within the firm and additional assurance that their needs will be met globally.
Based in Kline’s office in Brussels, Belgium, Butcher will oversee client satisfaction firm wide. “We want to ensure that our clients have an optimal experience working with us,” Butcher says. “Clients have consistently given high marks to the Kline engagement teams, and now we can provide additional value by helping them navigate through problematic issues, anticipating strategic opportunities, and offering an objective sounding board to discuss them.”

Rising from the position of commercial director to become a member of Kline’s board of directors, Butcher brings more than 25 years of experience at Kline to the new position. He has assisted several chemical and petroleum corporations in identifying new business opportunities and new markets, monitoring and improving customer relationships, and performing due diligence assessments for acquisitions. Prior to joining Kline, Butcher was an executive director of a global management consulting firm.
