We’re Growing in Prague!
As part of our expansion, Kline + Company is looking for highly motivated professionals to join our Market Research team in Prague as full-time researchers. We are particularly interested in candidates with multilingual skills, with a preference for French, German, Spanish, or Italian speakers.
Location and Flexibility
This role is based currently in our regional office in the vibrant Andel area of Prague 5. Starting December, we are moving to a new Nové Butovice location, close to the metro station.

Our clients range from leading multinational to regional companies, focusing on Beauty and Wellbeing care products across all distribution channels. Our studies provide invaluable insights for manufacturers, marketers, retailers, and suppliers aiming for a deeper understanding of the industry, trends, forecasts, and unique insights. Our Beauty and Wellbeing Practice specializes in sectors such as professional salon hair care, nail care, skin care, scalp care, beauty devices, and beauty nutrition.
Your Role
- Conduct high-level primary market research through telephone and in-person interviews, complemented by secondary research on specific industry segments and topics.
- Gather, synthesize, and analyze information to develop insights into market trends and forecasts.
- Prepare written syndicated market research reports based on research findings and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Work eligibility in the EU
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- 2–3 years of professional experience in market research, marketing, business intelligence, or competitive intelligence preferred
- Experience in beauty is an advantage
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language (French, German, Spanish or Italian preferred). Czech not required
- Independent worker and team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
