HR-Generalist{Gurgaon or Hyderabad, India}


Job Description:

Kline is currently seeking a full-time HR Generalist to manage various Human Resource related activities in its India offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute a timely and smooth onboarding experience for new hires by working with the recruiting team, and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in personnel files, databases, reports etc., that can be used for IT/HR/Payroll processes/systems.
  • Contribute towards monthly payroll by inputs to Finance.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans. Develop a competitive total compensation and benefits package that is aligned to Kline’s strategy and business goals. Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
  • Administer, evaluate and implement employee benefits programs.
  • Assist with employee engagement & grievance management.
  • Working with the Tech team to automate various HR tasks.
  • Coordinate the payroll function with the Payroll Administrator.
  • Provide employees with explanation of benefits and instruct them on enrollment and fulfillment procedures.
  • Manage all issues associated with the employee exit and off-boarding process

Job Requirements:

  • A graduate degree from a reputed management institute with up to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist. A post-graduate degree in Human Resource or Personnel Management, is a plus.
  • A good understanding of statutory and regulatory guidelines and its alignment to compensation structure.
  • Working knowledge of onsite compensation, pay structures, benefits and insurance plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong people management skills
  • Must be a self-starter and have an ability to take ownership.
