Salesforce Administrator {Hyderabad or Gurgaon, India}


Job Description:

Kline is a market intelligence and consulting firm operating across four core industries: personal care & beauty, energy, and chemicals & materials. We provide data, research, and insights across the entire value chains of the markets we serve, informing the strategic decisions of the largest multinationals in our industries.

Reporting into the Head of Platforms, you will be the go-to expert on all things Salesforce within Kline. You will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance and development of Kline’s Salesforce org as well as providing training and day-to-day support to users.

Job Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration & Database Management

  • User/profile/role management
  • Security and data back-ups
  • Duplicate management and database cleaning
  • Management of Salesforce and Pardot integration
  • Management of other 3rd party integrations

User Support & Training

  • Troubleshoot day-to-day technical queries from users and help them create ad-hoc reports and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain training materials and provide training to end-users
  • Manage onboarding of new users

Improvement

  • Act as the go-to expert on all things Salesforce, developing strategy and setting priorities for development roadmap along with platform head
  • Continually gather requirements from users and implement improvements to ensure requirements are met
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest releases from Salesforce in order to identify and implement the most relevant new functionalities
  • Identify and implement opportunities for increased productivity through workflows and 3rd party integrations
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to help define and improve sales team processes that operate within Salesforce
  • Maintain and improve reporting infrastructure

Job Requirements:

Required:

  • 2+ years hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Hands on experience on HTML 5, Angular, Web API will be added advantage
  • Professional-level English
  • Experience working with and implementing 3rd party integrations
  • Breadth of knowledge of Salesforce functionalities (rather than deep expertise in one area)
  • Willingness to take ownership of Salesforce and proactively collaborate with users and management

Desired:

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Pardot administration experience
  • Experience working within a consulting / research organization
  • A background in software development (particularly database development)
