Software Engineer-Kline Pro {Gurgaon or Hyderabad, India}

Job Description:

Kline, a global management consulting and market research firm, is looking for an Engineer to join their Product Team. Kline Pro is making the move to Azure and we are now seeking a data-focused DevOps professional who will participate in the ongoing development of this key product which Kline delivers to our clients

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases in Azure, including schema design, stored procedures and data integrity  
  • Continuous improvement of data pipelines using Azure Data Factory as a foundation  
  • Developing insightful and interactive business intelligence reports and dashboards 

Job Requirements:

Must have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Azure SQL Database, including Azure Data Factory and Azure Analysis Services 
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with T-SQL 
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in scripting, functional or procedural programming  
  • Minimum of 1 year of Power BI experience, choosing data from relational sources and using DAX functions including Time Intelligence  
  • Proficiency with MS Excel functions 
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills 

Desirable: 

  • Experience with Multidimensional Cubes, MDX scripting 
  • Experience with C#, Python or R 
  • Experience with CosmosDB or MongoDB 
  • Azure Certifications a plus
