Management Team

Duncan leads the technology team globally at Kline and directs the use of technology to make work better for our staff and clients. He joined the firm in our London office in 2021. With 25 years technology experience, the uses, and expectations of “Information Technology” have changed significantly. Duncan’s career has followed that curve, giving him both breadth and depth of technical skills before moving towards thought leadership roles in technology architecture then people leadership and organizational design.

With a strong belief in the values of Agile and DevOps, Duncan encourages systems thinking to ensure that technology services underpin data delivery and human centered capabilities. Outside of the office, Duncan’s interests include wildlife, being a founder member of the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, and science fiction, which he has been reviewing since 1996.
