As Vice President of Innovation Francis leads Kline’s next-gen capabilities in product and service value propositions. Frankie and his team are developing a portfolio of Intelligence Centers and statistical decision-making tools to ensure that marketing, strategy, and insights leaders can explore growth opportunities and use this knowledge to transform business economics.
Key areas of expertise include advanced analytics and data modelling use cases, forecasting, and always-on tracking.
Francis joined Kline in November 2020 to lead digital strategy execution and the innovation practice. He has an extensive background in insights, consulting, data, and product roles in the consumer products industry and has also held senior positions at MasterCard, GlobalData and Evalueserve. Francis is based in London.
