Prior to joining Kline, Paula was a cient manager for The Nielsen Company. She was a member of the custom research group, where she consulted with consumer product companies to design research studies to provide them with the information needed to grow and manage their business. It was during her tenure at Nielsen that Paula developed her knowledge of the professional salon industry. As program director of the Salon Tracking Service, she was intensely involved in all aspects of the project, ranging from panel composition, data, and insight analysis to client management.

Paula has also held positions at Kimberly-Clark and Scott Paper. She received her BS from the University of Kentucky. She resides in Cincinnati with her husband and two children.
