Kline Opens New Office in Dubai to Serve Clients in the Middle East

LITTLE FALLS, NJ, May 16, 2007 – As part of its continued effort to better serve its energy and petrochemical industry clients in the Middle East, Kline & Company, a global management consulting and market research firm, today announced the opening of a new office in Dubai, UAE. Vineet Chattree was appointed as director of Kline Dubai and the firm’s Middle East consulting practice.
The Middle East has emerged as a production and logistics center for petroleum and petrochemicals, with companies capitalizing on the region’s inherent strategic advantages namely feedstock, location, and low capital cost.

Chattree comes to Kline from Tata Strategic Management Group, where he led the Middle East business development initiative. He worked previously with Avalon Consulting and National Organic Chemicals Industries, Ltd., in Mumbai, India.
