The Kline Difference

Kline, an advisory consultancy and market research firm, elevates industry expertise with technology to deliver highly predictive and actionable data, insights, and specialist advice. We are known as “The Industry Experts,” with an enviable reputation for delivering best-in-class data and advisory services for several very targeted industry segments. This is why clients choose Kline and how we are different from other management consulting and market research firms. We purposely set out to own three specific sectors — lubricants and petroleum specialties, professional beauty, and specialty chemicals. Doing so has rewarded us with a true competitive advantage and global leadership. When you join Kline, you will be a part of delivering “Team intelligence,” through your deep industry expertise, data management skills, and/or analytic capabilities.

"We have made significant investments in digital technologies — both people and processes — which have taken our expertise and skills to higher levels, making them even more relevant and valuable to our clients. At Kline, you will have the opportunity to bring new expertise, capabilities, and strategic thinking to the firm, with Kline providing a collaborative, supportive, and rewarding environment. After over 60 years in business, Kline is prepared more than ever to help companies navigate successfully through dynamic and challenging times, and we look forward to having you join Kline on this journey."

Kline Culture, Beliefs, and Values

Kline is committed to equal opportunity and a diversity and inclusion agenda. We achieve this through our employment practices and via training and knowledge-sharing programs. We are respectful of and celebrate the many cultures represented in our global firm. As the entire Kline organization, we support critical global initiatives that are both important in our client work, for our company, and in our day-to-day personal lives. Chief among these is Sustainability, with Kline leading the way with industry-leading consulting services for the Lubricants and Petroleum industries, our effort to reduce our carbon footprint to zero at every Kline global office, and the actions taken by our employees at a personal level. We encourage and stand with our colleagues in the many causes and initiatives that are important to them and which support the greater good for us all.
